  1. Assess current situation:

    Once we know where we want to be, we formulate a plan.
    Based on historical information about successful sales/marketing strategies and messaging we build a value proposition message plan ( direct email/DM messaging, broadcast messaging as well as cold call messaging, secondary and tertiary call messaging) that we can test against target prospects.
    Build a lead generation schedule along with all necessary support and automation (drip email and cadence schedules) . Design a reporting plan and schedule.
    Design an opportunity pipeline that will allow for accurate forecasting.

  3. Execute aggressively:
    Follow plan of sales outreach - cold calling and message broadcasting.

  4. Record all activity:
    To analyze efficacy, all sales activity is recorded in CRM (ours or yours) and reports are built based on our decided plan of action.

  5. Analyze results honestly:
    Review and analyze all activity from test period (1 to 8 weeks - depending on scope of plan) . No “happy talk”, no “wishful thinking” - honest assessment of reality is the only way to judge efficacy.

  6. Repeat:
    Repeat steps 2 thru 5 leveraging what we have learned about what is successful and either retool or abandon what is not.

  7. Forecast:
    Your ability to make accurate predictions is only as good as your data - .Once incremental success is repeatable we can build accurate sales forecasting with real-word numbers.
